Lithgow Swimming Club works closely with JM Robson Aquatic Centre Learn to Swim Program. They have a comprehensive Learn to Swim program and provide varying levels of squad training, with experienced Learn to Swim Instructors and coaches. These instructors will be able to support your swimming development, supporting you to achieve the standard required to be able to join Lithgow Swimming Club. We recommend you being able to confidently swim 25m before joining.

Race nights are held one night per week in the summer swimming season (Term 4 and Term 1). There is a small entry fee (50 cents per race) for all participants in Club Race Night. Race night entry and fees are processed through Swim Central. When attending weekly race night’s, the pool entry fee is waived if your swimmer is enrolled in any learn to swim program with Lithgow Aquatic Centre.  

Swimmers can enter up to 5 races per week.

The race schedule changes weekly to provide a variety of distances and strokes starting from 25m.

This is an annual championship for our club members who race weekly to achieve their maximum potential in the club. Championships are held over 2 nights in March and are usually the last swimming nights of our summer season. Swimmers must participate in at least 6 club race nights to be eligible, these 6 nights do not include nights swam during a come and try registration. 

Presentation night is an annual event dedicated to our amazing swimmers, hardworking coaches & tireless parents. Presentation night is held on a Saturday in May and the date will be set early in the summer season.

Swim Cap: Each swimmer will be supplied with a LSC Swim Cap once registered

Club Sponsor T Shirt: Each Swimmer will be supplied with a LSC Sponsor T-Shirt once registered.
